TL;DR
Republican Eric Hovde acknowledged his loss to Democratic U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin in the Wisconsin Senate race but has not formally conceded, citing concerns over Milwaukee's vote count. Despite previously promising to accept the election results, Hovde's reluctance to concede has drawn criticism from Democrats and some Republicans.
