Shasta County in California has cancelled its contract with Dominion Voting Systems and will shift to hand-counting ballots in future elections due to public distrust of the company's machines. Dominion is currently in a legal battle with Fox News in a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit, claiming the network "recklessly disregarded the truth" by peddling conspiracies about its voting systems. Dominion has also sued MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell and Trump-aligned attorneys Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani, along with two smaller right-wing networks, Newsmax and One America News Network.
