Fox News and GOP to Host August Debate with Trump and 2024 Contenders

The Republican National Committee and Fox News will co-host the first GOP debate of the primary season in August in Milwaukee, which is expected to be the first face-to-face meeting between ex-President Donald Trump and his campaign rivals. The guest list is not yet set because some potential candidates have not officially declared their candidacy. Trump, who has announced that he will seek the White House again in 2024, is also running while under indictment, charged with false reporting of hush money payments in order to hide violations of campaign finance laws.
