Georgia prosecutor resists Trump's bid to oust her from election investigation.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who is investigating whether Donald Trump and his allies broke any laws as they tried to overturn his 2020 election loss in Georgia, has responded to Trump's attempt to remove her from the case and exclude evidence. Willis called Trump's motion "procedurally flawed" and lacking in merit. She has been investigating the actions of Trump and others for over two years and had asked for a special grand jury to aid the investigation. The grand jury recommended charging multiple people, and Willis intends to announce charging decisions between July 11 and Sept. 1.
