GOP Figures Criticized for Views on Ukraine Aid

New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu criticized fellow Republicans, including former President Donald Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, for their isolationist views on the war in Ukraine. Sununu argued that opposing US aid to Ukraine "is not a viable foreign policy" and that abandoning Ukraine would harm US interests domestically and abroad. Sununu took aim at Trump, who he said had lost his "moral compass" on foreign policy. Sununu argued that the price of supporting Ukraine is much less than allowing Russia to overpower the nation.
