"Gov. Beshear's Budget Proposal Includes Universal Pre-K and Teacher Pay Raise Push"

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear has released his proposed budget for 2024-2026, which includes pay raises for public school employees and state workers, increased funding for education, including pre-kindergarten for all 4-year-olds, and investments in school construction projects.
