House Republicans push for contempt vote against FBI director in Biden probe.

Republican Rep. James Comer has released a contempt resolution against FBI Director Christopher Wray for not providing a document that allegedly describes Joe Biden accepting a bribe as vice president. Comer and Sen. Chuck Grassley allege that the document, called an FD-1023 form, “describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions." The FBI declined to provide the document, citing Justice Department policy. The FBI offered to allow the committee leaders to review the document "in a secure manner," but Comer claims the FBI has not complied with its subpoena and accused the agency of a “coverup by leaking a false narrative to the media.”
