TL;DR

Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna accused Sen. Ruben Gallego of misconduct, including alleged sexual conduct and possible campaign-finance violations, but Gallego denies wrongdoing and calls the claims conspiracy theories; the matter is reportedly referred to the Senate Select Committee on Ethics, per Senate Majority Leader Thune, though CBS News has not verified the allegations. The episode follows recent resignations of Swalwell and Gonzales amid misconduct scrutiny, and Luna says other lawmakers may face similar pressure.
