Michigan Senate approves gun control measures in response to mass shootings.

Michigan Senate passed an 11-bill gun safety package, including red flag laws, safe storage requirements, and universal background checks, all cleared the Senate along party lines. The bills were introduced in the days following a mass shooting at Michigan State University where three students were killed.
