Nebraska Dem nominee could bow out to back independent Osborn against Ricketts

Democrat Cindy Burbank won Nebraska’s Senate primary, potentially clearing the path for independent Dan Osborn to challenge GOP Sen. Pete Ricketts in November if she concedes.
