Ohio House Dems push to repeal abortion laws following Issue 1 victory

Ohio House Democrats have introduced the Reproductive Care Act, a bill aimed at repealing various abortion restrictions in the state, including 6-week and 20-week abortion bans, mandatory waiting periods, and mandatory transfer agreements. The bill also proposes new data privacy protections, nondiscrimination mandates, and civil and criminal reforms.
