Romney clashes with Biden officials over Social Security

Sen. Mitt Romney grilled White House budget official Shalanda Young on why President Biden's budget does not address the expected shortfall of Social Security in 2032. Young said Biden believes the biggest threat to Social Security are those who want to cut it.
