Russia Issues Arrest Warrant for Senator Lindsey Graham Over Ukraine Comments

Russia's Interior Ministry has issued an arrest warrant for Senator Lindsey Graham after he praised US military aid to Ukraine as "the best money we've ever spent." Graham responded by saying he would wear the arrest warrant as a "badge of honor" and offered to submit to the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court. Russia's Investigative Committee has also opened a criminal case against Graham, asserting that the Republican senator "declared the financial involvement of the United States is causing the death of Russian citizens."
