Sen. McConnell discharged from rehab after concussion treatment

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has left inpatient physical therapy after suffering a concussion and rib fracture from a fall on March 8. He will work from home for the next few days and consult with his physical therapists on a return date to the Senate. McConnell's condition and return have been the subject of immense interest in the Senate, and Senate Minority Whip John Thune has been helping run the Senate GOP during his absence. McConnell has been keeping tabs on Senate races and congressional business through phone calls and texts with colleagues.
