Senate panel advances Biden's judicial nominees despite Feinstein's absence and GOP support.

The Senate Judiciary Committee advanced seven judicial nominees with bipartisan support in the absence of Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), who has been away from the chamber for over two months. The committee declined to vote on several other nominees who will need Feinstein's support to proceed. Republicans, including Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), backed the nominees who were approved. The confirmation of Michael Delaney to the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals and Charnelle Bjelkengren to be a district court judge in Washington are still pending.
