Supreme Court Justices Delay Financial Disclosure Reports Amid Ethics Scrutiny

Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito delayed filing annual financial disclosure forms as the Supreme Court faces unprecedented scrutiny on ethics issues. This is the fourth year in a row that Alito has received an extension. The release of most of the annual disclosures came as the high court reels from reports about largely undisclosed luxury vacations Thomas took in recent years to far-flung locales on a private plane and yacht owned by a Texas real estate developer, Harlan Crow.
