TL;DR
Former President Donald Trump is reportedly considering Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas as a top contender for his vice-presidential running mate in the 2024 election, valuing Cotton's reliability and policy communication. Other potential candidates include Sen. Tim Scott, Sen. Marco Rubio, and former Gov. Doug Burgum, while Nikki Haley is not under consideration.
