Trump Baselessly Claims Manhattan DA Dropped Stormy Daniels Case

Former President Donald Trump falsely claimed that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg had already dropped the case against him for allegedly covering up a hush money payment to adult actress Stormy Daniels. Trump's attorneys have warned him to be prepared to lose if Bragg indicts him. Trump also denied the affair with Daniels and made fun of her looks during his speech at a rally. He alleged that the attorneys in the Manhattan DA’s office “have no case” against him and tried to distance himself from his former personal attorney Michael Cohen. Trump suggested that his supporters might turn to violence if Bragg proceeds with the case.
