"Trump to Attend Wake for Slain NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller"
TL;DR
Former President Donald Trump is expected to attend the wake of slain NYPD cop Jonathan Diller, who was shot and killed during a routine traffic stop in Queens. Diller, a 31-year-old married father, had more than 70 busts under his belt and was part of a family of police officers. The suspect, Guy Rivera, had 21 prior arrests and shot Diller in the stomach, leading to his tragic death. Diller's funeral is set for Saturday, and Mayor Eric Adams has renewed calls for addressing criminal recidivism.
