TL;DR

President-elect Donald Trump is expected to offer Kelly Loeffler the position of Secretary of Agriculture. Loeffler, a former Georgia Senator and Trump ally, has been involved in fundraising for Trump's 2024 campaign and is co-chairing his inauguration. The role is significant as Trump's Health and Human Services pick, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., plans to influence the agriculture industry. Loeffler, who lost her Senate seat in 2021, was involved in Trump's 2020 election subversion case in Georgia.
