Trump's Lawyer Admits Ill-Advised Posts Targeting Manhattan DA Bragg.

Donald Trump's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, admits that the former president's social media post of himself holding a baseball bat next to an image of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was "ill-advised." Bragg has asked a grand jury to indict Trump on charges related to his alleged attempts to cover up an extramarital affair with porn star Stormy Daniels. Tacopina defended Trump and denied that his rhetoric incited violence during the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the US Capitol. He also claimed that the payment to Daniels was a "personal civil settlement" and not a violation of campaign-finance law.
