A Wyoming judge has issued a temporary restraining order blocking the state's abortion ban, which prohibits nearly all abortions except for rape, incest, and to save a woman's life or prevent irreversible bodily harm. The ban also makes violating it a felony punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $20,000. The order will remain in effect until a court order dissolves or modifies it. Wyoming also became the first state to ban abortion pills separately from all abortion services last week.
