Support Mississippi Tornado Recovery Efforts with These Organizations.

Non-profits and locally organized grassroots efforts are helping communities in Mississippi recover from the deadly tornado outbreak that hit the state in March. The EF-4 tornado caused 21 fatalities statewide, with 13 reported in Sharkey County where 255 homes were damaged. Relief efforts include assistance from FEMA and the American Red Cross, as well as organizations like the Mississippi Food Network and the Cajun Navy. Donations are being accepted to help those impacted by the tornadoes.
