Tragic Loss: Mapleton Student Collapses at Football Game, School District in Mourning

The Mapleton Local School District is mourning the death of 17-year-old Breanne McKean, a student who collapsed on the football field during Friday's homecoming game. Breanne, who was on the homecoming court, passed away at Ashland Hospital. The school district has canceled the homecoming dance and will provide grief recovery counselors for students and staff.
