"Roadwork on E. Las Vegas St. Completed, Traffic Flow Restored"

East Las Vegas Street in Colorado Springs has been reopened after a train carrying military equipment derailed, causing a closure of the road. The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) responded to the scene and closed a long stretch of the street from Janitell Road to Highway 85/87. No injuries have been reported, and heavy activity is expected in the area for the next three days.
