Cape Cod influencer Clavicular charged with rape and drugging

Controversial streamer Clavicular (Braden Peters) was criminally charged on Sept. 8 with rape, drugging a person for sex and providing alcohol to a minor for an alleged May 23, 2025 incident in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The rape charge carries a maximum 20-year sentence and would require him to register as a sex offender if convicted. A parallel civil lawsuit in Miami-Dade County accuses him of an underage, intoxicated encounter mirroring the criminal allegations; Peters has denied the civil claims, and an arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 14.
