Dong, 48, has been charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter after a Virginia I-95 crash in Stafford County killed five people and injured about 44; investigators say the bus failed to slow in a work zone, crashing into six vehicles, including an Acura that carried four members of a Greenfield, Massachusetts family who died, and a Suburban where another person died.
