Unabomber Ted Kaczynski's Death Ruled Apparent Suicide in Prison Cell

Ted Kaczynski, also known as the Unabomber, died in an apparent suicide at the federal medical facility in Butner, North Carolina, where he had been serving a life sentence. Kaczynski was arrested in 1996 after a nearly two-decade campaign of terrorism that involved sending homemade bombs through the mail, killing three people and injuring 24. He was a Harvard-trained mathematician and former UC Berkeley math professor who was found by the FBI in a remote cabin in Montana.
