Surfer's Face Mauled by Shark at Popular Florida Beach

A surfer from South Carolina was bitten in the face by a shark while surfing at New Smyrna beach in Florida. The 38-year-old man suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital. This incident is the latest in a series of shark bites at the popular beach, with two other people being bitten over the Labor Day weekend.
