DoD IG: Iranian strikes hit hundreds of U.S. bases and dozens of aircraft

TL;DR
A Defense Department Inspector General report says Iranian strikes damaged or destroyed hundreds of U.S. military and diplomatic facilities across Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Oman and Jordan, with dozens of aircraft affected. Eighteen U.S. personnel were killed and 417 wounded by June 30 (casualties later rose to 774). Operation Epic Fury has cost about $33.4 billion through June 29, funded from regular budgets since there was no dedicated appropriation, and construction costs were not included.
