Las Vegas is close to hiring Seattle QBs coach Andrew Janocko as his first offensive coordinator job; head coach Klint Kubiak will call plays, and Janocko’s prior work with Kubiak in Minnesota, New Orleans and Chicago suggests familiarity with a championship staff.
