TL;DR

The Orioles will reinstate Félix Bautista from the 60-day IL on Saturday and shut down Ryan Helsley for the season, with Tyler O’Neill moving to the 60-day IL; they also recalled Christian Franklin and optioned Heston Kjerstad and Cade Povich to Norfolk to clear space on the 28-man roster for Bautista.
