Browns release Cedric Tillman as 53-man roster cutdown begins
TL;DR
The Browns reportedly waived WR Cedric Tillman, a former third-round pick, as they trim to the 53-man roster ahead of the preseason finale against the Patriots; Tillman has 71 receptions for 833 yards and five touchdowns in 38 games across three seasons but has missed 10 games over the past two years, and Cleveland’s WR movement could trigger late roster shuffles or a potential trade.
