A college baseball player was shot in the chest by a stray bullet during a game in Texarkana, Texas. Police believe the victim was hit by a bullet from an altercation in a nearby neighborhood. One suspect turned himself in, while another is still at large. The victim is in stable condition at a local hospital. Police have issued a felony warrant for a 17-year-old male and 20-year-old Demarco Banks for their involvement in the shooting. Three other men were arrested at the scene.
