Father of UFC star Jorge Masvidal charged with attempted murder after shooting at fighter's home.

The father of former UFC fighter Jorge Masvidal has been arrested and charged with attempted second-degree murder after allegedly shooting a man in both arms during a fight at Masvidal's home in Miami. The victim, who has familial ties to Masvidal Sr., was taken to hospital and his condition is unknown. A search warrant of the home turned up a .38 caliber revolver inside a kitchen cabinet. Masvidal Jr. was not present during the altercation. Masvidal Sr. was released on a $10,000 bond.
