Former College Football Star Blaise Taylor Indicted for Alleged Murders of Pregnant Girlfriend and Unborn Fetus

Former college football star Blaise Taylor has been arrested on suspicion of poisoning his girlfriend, Jade Benning, and her unborn child to death. Benning, who was five months pregnant, was rushed to the hospital in February 2023 and later died, along with her unborn baby. Taylor, who recently joined Texas A&M as a defensive backs coach, is accused of poisoning Benning in her own apartment without her knowledge. Police investigation led to Taylor's arrest on two counts of first-degree murder.
