A former financial employee of the Jacksonville Jaguars is facing charges of wire fraud and illegal monetary transaction for allegedly stealing over $22 million from the franchise over a four-year period. The employee, Amit Patel, is accused of manipulating the team's virtual credit card program to fund personal purchases, including a condominium, a Tesla, cryptocurrency, private jets, luxury hotel stays, a country club membership, and luxury watches.
