Former Philly sports radio host charged in domestic assault case

Former Philadelphia sports radio host Mike Missanelli, 70, was arrested by Lower Merion police on charges of simple assault and harassment after a late-night domestic dispute with his fiancée. Investigators say the fiancée sustained a forehead laceration and swelling, while Missanelli claimed the couple argued and that she hit him in the chest; police noted evidence of the incident at the scene. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 22.
