Philadelphia sports radio host Mike Missanelli was arrested early Wednesday after a domestic dispute in Lower Merion Township; police say his fiancée reported an open-handed slap that cut her forehead, while Missanelli told officers she struck him in the chest. He faces simple assault and harassment charges with a preliminary hearing set for April 22.
