The 2023 Fantasy baseball rankings have been updated, with the Phillies' Rhys Hoskins' injury causing a shuffle among first basemen. SportsLine's cheat sheets offer advice on sleepers, breakouts, and busts, with updated projections based on MLB news and injuries. The top three 2B picks are Whit Merrifield, Marcus Semien, and Jake Cronenworth, while the top three DH picks are Yordan Alvarez, Eloy Jimenez, and Shohei Ohtani.
