TL;DR
Liverpool dismissed Arne Slot after a troubled second season that saw them finish fifth in the Premier League and fail to sustain title-winning momentum, prompting a shift to a more front-foot, urgent style under consideration; Andoni Iraola, who left Bournemouth, is the frontrunner to replace him with swift talks underway, while staff changes and around £7m in compensation for Slot are expected as Liverpool plot a new era at Anfield.
