Carson Kelly delivered a walk-off single with the bases loaded and one out in the bottom of the ninth to cap a 7-6 comeback win for the Cubs over the Pirates. Earlier, Dansby Swanson and Moises Ballesteros homered in the third, the Cubs totaled 10 hits but left 10 on base, and Michael Busch delivered a tying RBI single in the eighth. Taillon lasted six innings allowing multiple runs, while Palencia closed out the top of the ninth for the Cubs in a tense finish.
