F1 Teams Face Scrutiny Over Red Bull Floor Photos and Deliberate Crashes.

Mercedes trackside engineering director, Andrew Shovlin, believes that Red Bull will be more annoyed than Mercedes about photographs of the underbody aerodynamics of their car being taken after Sergio Perez's crash in qualifying at the Monaco Grand Prix. Shovlin said that the most important part of the car is the bit that is not normally seen, and that teams will be "all over" those kinds of photographs. The wooden plank being exposed on the Red Bull will provide teams with information about how the car was handling the bumps, according to Aston Martin performance director, Tom McCullough.
