OSU Official Suggests Jordan Probably Knew About Strauss Abuse

In a deposition unsealed Monday, former OSU athletic director Andy Geiger said he believes Rep. Jim Jordan probably knew about Dr. Richard Strauss’s abuse of wrestlers and other male athletes at Ohio State, challenging Jordan’s denials as the long-running federal lawsuit against OSU—which has tied Strauss’s alleged abuse to hundreds of student-athletes—continues with multiple depositions and settlements; OSU officials have acknowledged knowledge of the abuse and say they cannot comment on active litigation.
