TL;DR
FBI Director Kash Patel attended the U.S. Men’s Hockey gold-medal game in Milan and posted locker-room photos celebrating Team USA, despite a spokesperson’s denial that the trip happened. Critics argued the trip wasted taxpayers’ money and cited his prior use of the FBI’s private jet for personal events, while supporters said he’s entitled to a personal life and to celebrate America’s Olympic team.
