Stage 15 of the Giro d'Italia was neutralised for GC after riders, including Jonas Vingegaard, protested safety conditions in central Milan. Officials initially planned to count GC at the final five kilometres, then extended the neutralisation to the entire final lap, allowing the stage to proceed while keeping the overall standings unsettled for the moment.
