TL;DR

British light-heavyweight Ben Whittaker makes his US debut in Brooklyn against Richard Rivera on the undercard to Xander Zayas vs. Jaron Ennis, chasing a path toward Las Vegas and world-title glory after 12 pro fights (11-0-1). Inspired by Floyd Mayweather and the TV show Everybody Hates Chris, Whittaker promises a blend of boxing, entertainment and grit to win over US fans, while his rap career is on pause and he eyes climbing the IBF/WBC ranks as he treats each fight like a world title.
