Huskers Host Lincoln Regional at Haymarket Park, First Since 2008

Nebraska is the No. 13 seed and will host the Lincoln Regional at Haymarket Park this weekend, welcoming South Dakota State, Arizona State and Ole Miss. The Huskers open Friday vs. SDSU at 3 p.m. CT on ESPN+, with the ASU-Ole Miss game following at 8 p.m. CT on ESPN2. The double-elimination regional runs through the weekend, with a possible Monday tiebreaker. Tickets go on sale Tuesday via a tiered donor/season-ticket process. The Lincoln Regional is paired with Auburn’s No. 4 seed regional for a potential Super Regional in Auburn; if Nebraska wins the regional and Auburn is upset, the Super Regional could be played in Lincoln. Nebraska enters with a 42-15 overall record (23-7 in the Big Ten), its best mark in two decades, and the team carries a storied history of hosting regionals in Lincoln from 2001-2008.
