TL;DR

Aljamain Sterling dominated Brian Ortega in their UFC Shanghai fight, winning all five rounds convincingly, with Ortega showing signs of fatigue possibly due to a last-minute weight cut issue that moved the bout from featherweight to lightweight. Sterling's performance included effective striking and ground control, while Ortega struggled to make an impact, ending the fight on his back.
