Bayern Munich narrowly defeats Werder Bremen in Bundesliga match.
TL;DR
Bayern Munich narrowly defeated Werder Bremen 2-1, continuing a pattern of struggling to break down low blocks and conceding to counterattacks. The partnership between Ryan Gravenberch and Joshua Kimmich showed improvement, while Noussair Mazraoui and Leroy Sane made their cases for more playing time. Bouna Sarr played a game for Bayern this season, and the team has won every game he has played.
